Nakin Skincare Review

Nakin is a natural anti-ageing skincare brand. I wanted to share my two favourite products with you, the Anti-Ageing Advanced Cleansing Milk and the Anti-Ageing Revitalising Face Oil.

Both are a great duo perfect for anyone who hasn’t got a lot of time to have a great skincare routine but want maximum benefits. The brand is a reasonable price point, but with a luxury feel.

The products are 100% natural, and made without colour, dye and mineral oil, are Vegan and Cruelty Free, don’t contain wheat or gluten and are made in the UK which is why I really like the brand. My skin is very sensitive so I don’t have to worry about any skin reactions with this brand.

I really like that the brand put all their budget into great products instead of lots of fluffy marketing and packaging and that’s why their products are packaged simply; it does what it says what it does on the tin!

I use both products in the morning and in the evening. I apply the cleansing milk first which is only £15 to my face in circular movements and then wipe it off with a flannel and warm water as encouraged by top facialist, Caroline Hirons.

The cleansing milk works quickly to get your skin feeling clean and take off impurities such as make-up and grease. It has a light exfoliation and hardly any scent which is great.

It contains wonder ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, pomegranate and seaweed extract in the formula, you can expect the cleansing milk also to help assist cell renewal as it penetrates the dermis to promote elasticity. It is surprising to see these wonder ingredients in such a low cost brand.

After the cleansing milk, sometimes I will use Micellar water with a cotton pad to take off any excess dirt or make-up but usually the milk takes off most of it.

Then I warm the Anti-ageing Face Oil which is £22 in my hands and apply it to my face upwards and outwards. I often use a Rose Quartz roller in the evening to apply the oil so that my face get s great boost of blood circulation and the moisture is well absorbed.

This wonder oil can be used on all skin types. If you use a serum apply this facial oil afterwards and if you want to use a moisturiser as well, then put the oil on before.

This anti-wrinkle oil repairs and illuminates the skin. The ingredients include Peach Kernel Oil, Omega Oils, Olive Oil, Baobab Oil, Argan Kernel Oil and Jojoba Oil so this is a great cocktail of antioxidant and rejuvenating oils. Best of all it doesn’t feel greasy on the skin. I would highly recommend these two products together in your skincare regime for glowing healthy skin!
