Mind Body Spirit London Festival opens on 24-27 May 2013
If you want to go to a festival that is a little bit different, then you should go the Mind, Body and Spirit Festival at Earl’s Court on 24-27th of May 2013, now celebrating 36 years of inspiration and exploration into consciousness and wellbeing.
I think beauty and wellbeing wise there is always some interesting products and new techniques to make you feel calm. There are lots of seminars and gurus that you can talk to. Nothing is intimidating, just friendly and you can see what you like without feeling you have to take it all in. Best of all is the Mantra Lounge which offers a sanctuary of calm in the centre of the most amazing cities on earth. Healing sound and meditation sessions will be hosted FREE.
The bi-annual Mind Body Spirit Festival is the UK’s longest running holistic festival celebrating personal empowerment, self-improvement and ancient and modern spiritual practices through live music, workshops, seminars, yoga, mantra, dance and movement, meditation and contemplation.
It’s a full-on love fest that brings together 20 thousand spiritually oriented audiences from across the world all uniting together in a safe atmosphere of belonging, self-exploration and self-improvement.
